Process requirements:
■ multiple motors without slipping to stretch the wire between each mold at the same time, have higher requirements with both synchronous motor and fast dynamic response;
■ requires full range (up to 18 m / s) tension stability;
■ minimum processing line wire diameter is 0.8mm;System scheme:
■using the feed-forward PID control method between every pass, the main speed calculated by the former metal mass flow, fine-tuning the amount of PID as the system speed, speed of operation, fast response, low cost and simple debugging;
■ can also used the method to control each pass between the torque distribution, accurate torque current among inverters, so as to realize the control system without the tension arm, simplified mechanical design and reduce the cost of system;
■ take-up part can using the speed or torque mode based on user requirements. Speed mode using the feed-forward PID control method, to adjust the actual tension through pressure regulating arm, torque mode converter with built-in coil diameter calculation function;
■ the various linkage logic system controlled by PLC;advantages of the system:
■ current vector frequency converter ensures that the system has low frequency performance and excellent dynamic performance;
